Fred,
Ideally I agree with you. However, I am unable to come up with an
alternate to attend. All I am asking for is for an individual to
contact me via telephone before a vote tomorrow and convey my vote to
the MRIC Committee that way. Two people have agreed to do this for me
(a primary and a backup). I am not asking for any other jurisdiction to
vote more than once for their jurisdiction. The only other alternative
is to request something along the lines of an absentee ballot, but this
would then delay the tallying of the votes until the next MRIC meeting.
