[MRIC] Agenda for November 10 Meeting

Brett,

I believe you mean 1st item for 2008, and yes, I was trying to state
that before elections can be held people have to be nominated (whether
they step up themselves or are nominated by someone else) before there
is an election. It would be nice to know who the folks are before the
meeting in which ballots are cast. A simple motion to open
nominations at the meeting before the elections are held would
suffice, with the nominations being closed at the meeting that the
elections are held.
