[MRIC] Pandemic Aug 1

Talbot County RACES is participating in the  state-wide Pandemic drill on Aug 
1 from 8 AM until about 1 PM. If any other  RACES group is participating, we 
would like to make contact with you during the  drill. Please reply to me 
directly rather than through the MRIC reflector since  it is not official MRIC 
business. I will compile a list of stations that reply,  and provide it to any 
other ROs that request it. Thank you.
