Ray,

Yes, this is the forum to continue our discussions from the meeting. I want
to vote on ICS-213 at the next meeting, so let's get our issues identified
and resolved before the meeting. I have already presented our thoughts to my
Emergency Manager (EM) and planner and will forward their comments when I get
them.

It seems like consensus that we will be moving away from the radiogram
format for exchanging messages between jurisdictions, to using the ICS-213. If
there are no objections to this, then we just need to resolve our differences on
ICS-213. If there are objections to using ICS-213, now is the time to bring
it up.
