[MRCG] RATT Clatternet

We have not had a Clatternet for awhile.  Everyone has different things going on at different times of the day.  

I was wondering if perhaps it would better earlier in the morning (0800 or 0900 Pacific).  15-1700 seems to run up against family and other weekend activities.  The earlier time frame keeps it out of the KPH transmission frame also that runs from 1100-1400 (RTTY) 1400-1700 (SITOR).
