[MRCG] MRCG West Clatternet 29 Aug 2020 reception report

Hi Tim,

I had shut down, but I restarted the radio and called you. I think it was you replying, but could not copy - the space tone was 10-20 Hz high. Tried calling a couple more times, but no reply. No NVIS?
