[MRCG] MRCG West Clatternet 29 Aug 2020 reception report

Hi Bill  That is Jim K6FWT I think.  I am hearing him and calling him now
but maybe he cannot hear me.  He is slightly off freq as well.
As I told Mark - I tried to join the net but at 1926 as I was late in
getting home.  I printed Mark shutting down the net but  he didn't copy me
as I was late... I am still monitoring 7087 and QRV...
