[MRCG] [MRCA] Additional thought on Dayton Hamvention &Otherthings

My understanding is that pure tin plated boards are about the worst case possible. Well, even worse when there are DC voltages. These days it seems even RoHS boards get a thin gold plating overall. So little is needed that cost is not a factor.
