The last time I was at MRCG there was a teletype transmission that was
M-209 encoded, and a small demonstration of how to set up the unit and
decode the message. Also techniques of recovering when the decoded message
starts to get scrambled up due to a mistake in the decode process.

Although this exercise was well advertised, since Mark has a website with
proposed M-209 key lists and operating procedures, I wanted to check if
there was to be any anticipated M-209 activity. The units are getting very
expensive, and I did not want to risk getting mine stolen, so I didn't want
to bring it if I wasn't sure I was going to use it.

NOTE: I am currently receiving only the digest, and making correct e-mail
reply etiquette is difficult using web Gmail.
