I don't think that we have any planned at this time, but that can change if there's interest. I wasn't planning to bring mine without a specific reason, either. What sort of M-209 operating exercise do you think might be fun? I'm not great at coming up with fun ideas, but if somebody else can provide the inspiration then I can probably help make it happen.

I should point out that we are a very loosely-organized group. In fact, that's why we've always called ourselves a "group" rather than a "club". The word "club" suggests a lot more structure than we have! At any given time there are several folks who might be mistaken as "leadership" by a casual observer, but our leadership is really just whoever steps up and does things. So if anybody has ideas about what is fun, don't be shy about bringing them up and/or offering to help make them happen.

Tables are available in the NCO club for this purpose. Here's a random picture from a previous meet to give you an idea of what the display area is like:

There are limited electrical outlets available, and I suggest bringing an extension cord and/or outlet strip. Windows are available for passing out antenna leads, ventilation, and making photography challenging due to backlighting. :)
