Not too hard to find the connectors, modulator will be more difficult. Are 
you sure it's ARC-5, not SCR-274 ? They look very similar, what's on the 
dataplates ?

Picked up an unmolested ARC-5 TX, the one that covers 40 meters. How hard is
it to get the modulator and connectors?? The guy also had a NOS antenna
current module like you bought form me, it was no painted.
