[MRCG] Skipping the net tomorrow

    Have you tried the old trick of beating on the pole with a heavy 
hammer?  Not a cure but will sometimes change the noise if its coming 
from that pole. A hand held BC receiver (hard to find these days) may be 
helpful since the antenna is usually a loop.  If the signal is _very_ 
strong a crystal set on a large loop and pair of headphones might find 
the source.  Once upon a time the power company would send someone out 
but I think they don't care any more.
