[MRCG] Help identify crystal container box

Hi Jay - good question.  From Mike Tauson [SK] K3MXO's Guide:

T-11 (12 volt) = T-336
T-11 (24 volt) = T-366
T-13 (12 volt) = T-363
T-13 (24 volt) = T-364

I've not seen a crystal case for these - a case does not show up in the
commercial ARC Catalog (1960), and there aren't any crystal specs or types
mentioned either...
