Hi Tim. That's the Golden Gate Chapter of Association of Old Crows (AOC). AOC has become an international organization for the field of EW.

Pt. Mugu is ground zero for the EW development the started during WWII. We celebrated the 60th anniversary of EW in 2011. There is a museum near gate 2 that highlights that history in addition to the sea range and missiles tested there. There's also Missile Park that has the various missile types on display along with an F4 and F14 on a stick - EA-6B will soon be added.
