We had tried an experiment to use 3587 a couple of times but 40 seems to be
better in the early evening. Prop analysis (VOACAP) predicted that, but it
was worth a try... (and it's all about antennas and angles..) Also, 80
meters won't work to Jim in Fayetteville...so we will probably set 80 aside
until winter and stick to 40, that seems to work. The MUF drops pretty
quickly in the late afternoons now.
