I am pretty sure the material on the GRC-9 grilles is hard drawn round aluminum 
tock.   Without some jigs it is going to be a bitch bending that stuff, if  you 
an find it.    Someone should go into production on those.    I second the 
otion on the M-38A-1 pulling the MRC-56 around at SLO.

 Hi Craig - The grill on my GRC-9 is non-ferrous via the Magnet Test.  So I
 am assuming aluminum at least on this example...
 
 Also - we need to get you and Andy at Camp Delta in April.  Have your M38A1
 towing Andy's MRC-56 Radio Trailer around !...
