Ha! I'm the champ! I was 3kC off recently. WA6OPE caught me fortunately.
I have a switch box set up so I can zero between the 375 and 348 (finally).
Cheers!

I expect to learn all about this eventually, but hopefully John will be able to help me by then! I know how to make it all work with fldigi and a ricebox, so I can help folks using that setup.

Many of us seem to forget that the correct frequency for any radio net is *whatever frequency the NCS is tuned to.* So, for example, the nominal published frequency of the weekly AM net is 3985, but Dennis is nearly always tuned higher than that when he's NCS. Many of us, including me about half the time, forget to zero-beat the NCS, and then continue to follow his or her drift as the net continues. Then there are even a few folks who are a KC or more off! Shame!! :)
