One thing people that are using 'modern technology' (aka 'puters)
on RTTY need to know is many of these systems and programs send a CR-LF
at the end of a line where the really cool old stuff (my opinion!)
requires a CR-CR-LF, and to be polite a LTRS character at the end
of a line to allow for a full carriage return.
