Hello Gang,

I know it's a long shot but I am in the middle of repairing a TT-4C teletype and I was looking for the following.

 

Two Keys from the keyboard the U and the X mine are missing in action.  They are round black plastic.

 

Also on the hunt for the Case / Base part number was CY-694A/PGC-1 listed in the operators manual online.

This was the alloy case that turned into the printer stand..
