Hello Nick your Message has been a great thing i have had 4 guys come and
get parts and one complete 14 perf type.
I am having a hard time trying to gain interest in 4 KleinSchmidt units
with a Panoramic Adaptor, sorry no model numbers for them as i forgot to get
any off units,3 are tryping units with paper rolls and one is a perf type
unit smaller for field use in Army with small case around machine, and 2
small tables for those type of units, one external power supply with both AC
and DC plugs for the older perf unit.
Thanks Again Mike

Nick,
I have a few more pictures to share including one of the signal stat
teletype unit set up with its generator which I have and a shipping crate
not pictured for a teletype. The picture is a page in a Depertment of the
Army technical manual April 1951--teletypewriter TT-4/TG.Thought it would
be a nice little addition to description of teletypes and related items. The
pictures of file drawers is showing how many are full plus the third small
unit that was on top,one drawer shows start capacitors and cams and shaft
parts plus many otherelectric related parts, another drawer shows motors and
under those motors are new units in boxes plus boxes filled with felts, keys
gears etc,the other picture is just the bulk of package parts in manilla
envelopes with part numbers on the envelopes.
I hope you enjoy my sharing some more about what I look at everyday now
till I find a savior for this massive collection of machines and parts and
manuals, which i did identify an early 1930's type unit,by model and serial
number. Its fun seeing all these parts and going through machines and parts
of units to better identify what year range they are from.
Thanks Again and if theres anything your looking for thats not too heavy we
can definately work it out.
Respectfully Mike

hello,
I am trying to find people out in Ca. that are interested in buying
machines,I cant afford to ship.I have about30 machines ranging from models
14 to 43 all types and over a million new parts, atleast 50 manuals for
machines. All the equipment was at my chilhood friends parents house, which
they passed away and the girls need to sell any of their dads equipment to
offset costs.
There are manuals dating back to 1936 for teletype corp machines ,Navy and
Department of defense War manuals.
I am running out of time to hold this massive amount of equipment and
really would like to find a buyer to save the parts and machines.
There is also a generator which was probably used for either radio or field
teletypes
Thank You for any reply and help towards saving this equipment and supply
of parts
Respectfully ,
Michael Bothe
