Jason:   first check to see if you have high voltage present...the 
receiver uses only the 24 volts....if the high voltage
is missing, the two multi-vibrator transisters located on the backplane 
may be bad...this is very common with
this set...you can use any NTE replacement...3025  3032 etc...Jay
