Here's a hopefully more readable version of the DRAFT *Frag Order* attached.
It is subject to change pending any further inputs or corrections from
KSM....
In case you were wondering, a FRAG (Fragmentary) Order is standard Military
fare in disseminating summaries, modifications or mission-specific
clarifications of the larger Operations Order that all military units
operate under. Those higher-level Op Ord's combine Standard Operating
Procedures with specific details for a particular operation, mission or
theatre.
The FRAG Order is done using the standard memory aid: "SMEAC"
*S*ituation
*M*ission
*E*xecution
*A*dministrative/Logistics
*C*ommunications/Command
Just a heads up to get that gear smoke-tested, the Model 28 oiled up,
batteries charged, some current Morse practice etc. Bring your overcoat,
fedora, dark glasses, dagger etc.
And yes, it's tongue-in-cheek. But a little organization never hurt!
Bring some gear and try it out! Should be fun....
