Dear Friends -
I know everyone meant well sending out a note to the list but this is not how I wanted to let people know about Bart and he would not have wanted that either. In the past days, I have been meeting with folks to tell them in person or in some cases calling when the person was not in the immediate area. I wanted to look each and every one of you in the face and have our moment of grief and share Bart stories. Obviously, I have not completed this task.

It is my wish (and it would be Bart's too) that no more posts be sent out on the various mailing lists. However, I really want to hear from you.

No services will be held as that is what Bart wanted. I will consider a party in the spring.
