    See the stuff appended to the bottom of each message. 
Go to the web site and sign up.  If you are subscribed under 
two addresses you will get two copies of each message, one 
to each address, and be able to post from both.
    If you were subscribed by an administrator you will have 
to register at the web site and establish a user name and 
password.
