[MRCG] SIGNING UP?

JOHN,

How do new people subscribe to this list/reflector, apply to you,  
someone/somewhere else, TBD?   Know you signed me (as w7qho) and a  
bunch of others up already but would like to send mail &receive mail   
from <scr522 at earthlink.net> on occasion too.  Tried it and nothing  
happened, didn't go through but no "bounce" or other comeback message  
either.  What happens to "illegal" posts like this, do they pop up on  
your screen maybe or somewhere/something else?  Just curious.
