[MRCA] CHU QRT

Yes, first CFH and now CHU. Both useful for radio checks and propagation.  CFH was RTTY @45 baud mark low so a good place to check TTY equipment. 24 hour a day weather.  Shut down a few years now.  Going to miss CHU a bunch.
