They have been the cornerstone for go/no-go receiver tests around here ever since WWV moved out of Beltsville MD.   I have a 5 channel WWV receiver but CHU always seemed to be there.  I guess we all have to go back to " National Standard of Bureaus WWZ. When the time returns, the tone will be 440 cycles".....
