[MRCA] R-390A on LF

Several years ago Dr. Dallas Lankford published "The Hollow State 
Newsletter" and including info on using the R-390A on LF. I've included 
his info and additional details on an RF input circuits etc.  However be 
advised the circuits involve winding a coil! Coil winding seems to be a 
major obstacle for most.
