[MRCA] What is Dis?

Thank you Chance for taking time to provide me with a accurate answer 
and a narrative.  I will have to search the garage and see if I can find 
the panel guard mate then  I will install the guards on my RT-524 in my 
ops center that I used to monitor 10 meters. I am not very fond of the 
524 mounted in my jeep as I find that the MTBF is about 4 or 5 hours.
