[MRCA] [MMRCG] AN/UGC-136BX teletypewriter bulk purchase

The good news is that these UGC-136BX models do support 45 baud (60wpm).

The AX model that I have only goes to 50 baud, and we didn’t know about the
BX until the boxes were opened.
