Well, there you go.....and thanks. All good comments. I might just leave the 3B28s in the Valiant. Saving 25 watts of heat may, or not, have any real advantage. But, as I will be keeping this unit. I may well do the rear of cabinet fan. Oh... when I had my T-368, I ran it at and adjusted 115v. It ran cool with all voltages nominal.
