This 5022E has no such key just four arrows, think channel 00 with the preset selector set to “M” should allow me to move across the display to set a new frequency but all I can change is the channel and the squelch on/off everything else is locked out and if I hit the ENER key all I get is a flashing SECURE indication so apparently I am prevented from changing anything. All the self test and all that stuff works just fine but unless I can find a password, and its not 00000000 I am stuck with a radio that has 99 preset USB channels all on 1.6 MHz.
