[MRCA] An interesting question

Here is an interesting question. It is well documented that USN aircraft carrier-borne were equipped with the ARR-1/ARR-2/ZB homing devices. Were the seaplanes like the OS2U Kingfisher carried by USN cruisers/battleships also equipped with it? And if so, were these same cruisers/ battleships equipped with the YE transmitter, or did their seaplanes rely on there being a nearby carrier to their home ship for a homing signal?
