[MRCA] art13 dynamotor cable

RG-58 choices-  try and use RG-58 with "solid" dielectric (solid
polythene), the foam is junk and once it is bent or kinked or distorted
the insulation properties deteriorate. Once all is cabled up take the
time to then install a separate chassis to chassis ground (separate wire
outside the cable) and then ground to the station "AC" ground system. It
is often hard to find a decent place on the ART-13 to install a chassis
ground wire due to corrosion/paint  on the panels etc.
