[MRCA] BC224D - How To Remove the 41 tube

Hello Bill,

I just took a look at my BC-224H, similar setup.  I was doubtful, so I 
pushed up on the pins of the 41 from underneath., and removed the tube 
easily.  The metal collar is part of the tube socket, and doesn't seem 
to exert any friction on the tube base.  I think grabbing and pulling 
will do the trick.
