[MRCA] TBW - GO-9 Transmitter

The power supply requirements are pretty straight forward.

If you look at the TBW-5 setup on my web page,  you'll see the transmitter
is enclosed in the rollable power supply.    I liked the idea of a rollable
power supply.

Instead of building a new PS for the TBW-4 setup, I decided to build a
general rollable power supply that I could use for multiple radios -- just
roll it over to whatever radio I decided to use.

The existing supply had safety issues (such as the old 2KV rectifiers near
the exposed rear opening, and just heavy wire for the 2KV circuit).
Also,  the PS used welded angle iron.  It was nicely built, but there was
no way to access the lower deck for maintenance.    So, I gutted the
rollable cabinet and rebuilt/upgraded the power supplies within it.

I used the existing 2500V transformer and used K2AW diode blocks as well as
actual HV wiring.   I also used a different transformer for the 500V supply
that will give me 800V or so for other projects.    All variac controlled
and all have full voltage and current metering -- using shunts etc so there
is no HV or current going to the front panel meters.

I've attached a photo that was an "in progress" photo from a few months
ago.  As of the current date, the 2500V ahd 500V supplies are finished and
working.   They could be used to power the TBW-5 or TBW-4 transmitters.

I was going to put the 3 filament transformers in the same rack,  but
decided to mount them in the Rectifier Modulator Unit as the two 800 Hz
transformers are missing and that opens up some space.

One of my "design criteria" was to only use parts that were on "the pile",
even if smaller / lighter solutions were available.
