[MRCA] [MMRCG] BB-62 on RATT net this morning

Well done!  to the USS New Jersey crew - not an easy task.  Special thanks
for restoring the ship's actual equipment rather than the dreaded "Kenwood
on a card table" or equivalent.  Too many museum ship "curators" permit
this.  Sad.
Now to get the USS Iowa's RATT gear up on this net - they've got it almost
running...
