[MRCA] W3A QSO

In case anyone is interested, the W3A able archer team is operating on 7,180 LSB (website says USB, but they are on LSB). It seems they are operating like a contest so there is only an exchange of signal reports and its over. Maybe all special event stations operate in this way? I'm not a contester.
