[MRCA] MFJ-207 Mod

Getting test gear ready for Field Day Antenna ops.  A frequency counter 
increases the accuracy of and really improves the utility of the 
MFJ-207.   My MFJ-207 was a ham fest special for $10 but had a bad FET. 
Freq Counter came from ePay. Black rubber bands (Stealth Bands) are 
fashioned out of a bicycle inner tube.  BTW the MFJ-207 has an output 
for a frequency counter so a  mod was not necessary. Plenty of output to 
drive the counter. Also can be used as a emergency signal generator. SEE
