[MRCA] Fwd: AN/PRC- manufacturers

I guess if it still works and maintenance is familiar and all ready set 
up  then why not use it.
I remember landing at classified airport in the  mid east  in the 1980's 
and after filing an ICAO flight plan they would use an ART-13 and CW to 
send it out.
