[MRCA] USN ATB Transmitter OPERATORS Control box

I have never seen signs of either one of the dual place control heads
and I have been pursuing one of them for years, though they were
documented in the article on my website about the introduction of both
sets. Photo below. I would never say they were not fielded, but they
do seem do be as rare as hens' teeth.
