[MRCA] 40m RATT - test Friday AM and net Saturday AM

 Duncan K2OEQ in western NY and I (central NC) have a sched set for 1030
EDT (1430Z) on Friday 9/4.
Then on Saturday 9/5, let's try a little net operation - having heard no
other volunteers, I'll make a stab at Net Control. How about starting at
0915 EDT (1315Z)? That'll give us a little time before reconfiguring for
the 7296 USB net.

Like last week, we'll try 7087 kc USB using a 2 kc +/-425 cps tone, so
7088.575 kc mark, 7089.425 kc space. 45.45 baud.

If that freq is in use, we'll try going up 500Hz
