[MRCA] FA: Harris RF-3200ET

Folks,

Just a word of caution.  A few years back I repair a table-top RF-3200 
for a friend.  (Replaced a couple of shorted tantalum caps.)
Then I tried to work on a Fly-away which is electrically the same 
radio.  However it's folded into the case in such a way as to make it a 
real PITA to troubleshoot.  Found myself damaging the interconnects and 
abandoned the effort.

It will make a nice wheel shock after it quits.
