[MRCA] [Army-Radios] FA: Harris RF-3200ET

The Motorola Micom RDP is very similar, incorporates a Micom 1 or 2, depending on vintage.  Very nice rig, and packaged exactly the same way. IMO, the quality is better than Harris. Sadly, the reminder of Motorola may soon become part of Harris.
