Harry Kidd, a volunteer at the National Archive, has already taken care

Harry annotated the film from contemporaneous notes, and corrected the 
frame rate, and generally touched up the video.

I'd like to thanks all of you who contributed information.  Does anyone 
have a contact for Harry Kidd?  We probably have some minor details to add.
