[MRCA] [MMRCG] Mil-Rad Field day Preparations

It's High Point park in northwest Sussex County NJ. I've VHF contested 
from the 2nd highest point (Sunrise Mountain) with my other club Sussex 
County ARC down there. It's only 100' higher than my QTH in The Peoples 
Republic of Vermont...
