[MRCA] Ratt Test

No joy here in Down East Maine, signal heard but just one diagonal circle
on the scope, also major paper jam in the UGC-74B, the paper roll was
installed feeding off the top not the bottom, guess it did not matter any
way.  Thank you for the test, looks like I have some more work to do.
