[MRCA] Reminder - RATT test Saturday 1330Z

There has been some interest to start a military RTTY net using mil-std
equipment and specifications. This Saturday, August 22, 2020 we will be
transmitting a RTTY test on 7.080 +/- at 9:30 EDT.  No response is
necessary as it’s a test to see who can copy the transmission.  The
transmit, mil-std, specifications are;
USB, Baudot, 850 Hz shift, 2000 Hz Center, 2425 Hz Space, 1575 Hz Mark, 1
Stop Bit, 61.3 WPM, 45.5 Baud, 22 ms Symbol Rate, 368 OPM.

I plan to be on the air as well. So we'll have test transmissions from
North Carolina and Pennsylvania. Please give a listen, send out a signal
report, and make plans to join in the fun.
