Gents:

Anyone out there actually USE one or both of these milrads in the service? My research (Google) says these were rarely taken into the field and were quickly replaced by the PRC-25 once it became available in mid-sixties. I’m thinking that a squad leader had the PRT-4 and his men wore the PRR-9. Having both on one person is just asking for feedback, possibly even with the earpiece in use.

The set configured on that "Snatch Plate" makes it easy to mount on my rally/meet transportation that arrives on the rear of the M151A1.
