[MRCA] Looking for MT-11 Mounting rack for T-13

Hi Paul - yep, it's an odd problem with those spline cables.  Try tying one
end off with cord to a support and hang a weight on the other end - for
awhile.  A little Lubriplate soaked into the sheathing helps and also
lubricates the innards...
